Service Level Agreement 14th July 2010 The Federation requested a form of protocol between the CTRF and Cannock Chase Council to identify the roles and responsibilities of both parties, this was put to the Council as a suggestion for a Service Level Agreement. The Council engaged a Consultant to work on the initial negotiations and the Federation were represented by the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS). Once this was completed, lengthy negotiations then took place between four Federation members and the Council's Service Improvement Manager, Community Development Officer and, on occasions a representative from the Council's HR Department, to agree the final document which was signed off on Wednesday 14th July 2010. |
