Chase Tenants and Residents Federation |
We have 4 main
Officers of Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer who are
involved in the day to day running of the Federation. We have Executive
Committee meetings every two months, this committee is made up of two
representatives from each affiliated Residents Association and each group has
the right to vote at our Annual General Meeting which is held once every 12-15

Local Offers Standards
The Federation is committed to the delivery of the Local Offers for Neighbourhoods of Cannock Chase and will work in partnership with the Council and others to make sure it happens and meets the Government's target for these which should be in place by the end of March 2011. There will be meetings all over the District in the future regarding these standards which will enable tenants to become involved and will be advertised on our news page.

Appointed Open Communities for Housing Project on behalf of tenants for the Council
Shop mobility
Take part in Estate Walks with Estate Management on a quarterly basis for grounds maintenance and Cannock Chase Council inspections
We are always looking for new members/volunteers, you do not need to have any qualifications and there is no age barrier. We have both evening and daytime meetings so any commitment that you could offer would be welcome.
