About Us

We have 4 main Officers of Chairperson, Vice-chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer who are involved in the day to day running of the Federation. We have Executive Committee meetings every two months, this committee is made up of two representatives from each affiliated Residents Association and each group has the right to vote at our Annual General Meeting which is held once every 12-15 months. CTRF Consultation meetings, which are open to any resident or tenant of the Cannock Chase District and are held every two months. CTRF Liaison Meetings are attended by 3 of our members, portfolio for Housing, the Head of Housing and Service Improvement Manager, to put forward ideas on Housing policies.

We are responsible for monitoring all affiliated Residents' Associations'. Check out our support page for further information on how we help Associations.

 

Local Offers Standards

The Federation is committed to the delivery of the Local Offers for Neighbourhoods of Cannock Chase and will work in partnership with the Council and others to make sure it happens and meets the Government's target for these which should be in place by the end of March 2011.  There will be meetings all over the District in the future regarding these standards which will enable tenants to become involved and will be advertised on our news page.
